Smartphone Tech Hello, Thank you for contacting us. This error is most likely related to JVM (Java Virtual Machine). Before you start resolving the issue, I kindly recommend you to backup all data so you won't loose any of your information. Backup: Connect your Blackberry to your PC via USB cable Open RIM’s Desktop Manager. If you do not have it you device error can install it from your Blackberry CD or download it from Blackberry.com Open Backup and Restore Click on Backup to do a full backup. If you want to perform a selective backup hit Advanced and select which files you would like to save. All files saved have .ipd extension. You need to download the handheld software from your provider's website and run it on your device error 365 computer. Then, double click on the Application Loader (App Loader) icon and it will install the new clean version of the software (it may take up to 30 minutes). Now you are ready to restore your data to your device following these steps: Connect your Blackberry to your PC via USB cable Open RIM’s Desktop Manager Open Backup and Restore Go to Restore and select the file you would like to restore.
