I am receiving an error with one of my hard drives for some of my files. An unexpected error is keeping you from copying the file. If you continue to receive this error, you can use the error code to search for help with this problem. Error 0x007045D: The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error. I have done some research online but the solutions I tried did not work. I tried connecting my WD hard drive to different USB ports on my laptop and the same result happens. I also tried connecting to a different laptop. I tried chkdsk F: /f in the command prompt and that did not find errors and still same result. I also did a defrag on my hard drive as well. I even tried logging in safe mode but that was also unsuccessful. It appears there are no drivers to update. I also tried troubleshoot under the device manager and while it said it fixed some
