When I plug it in now o device error it says this needs to be reformatted. I choose no of course and when I try to access the drive its says it can't be accessed because of an i/o disc error. I don't even keep this hard drive plugged in, I only plug it in when I need a file off of it. I tested it on another computer and I get the same problem. My hard drive still had 895 gb free space before when it was working. Anyone know of a way to retrieve my data by any chance?
