Standard MC5 Memory Configuration The standard memory configuration for the MC5T, MC5H and MC5E3 is as follows: A: memory B: files C: joined with B: After a power loss, all RAM file systems will be lost and revert to "memory". The steps for reformatting the RAM file system are: 1) Transfer any important data or program files in it to your PC. 2) Cursor to the F: drive and press F1 (CD) to change to that drive. 3) Enter the command "format b: 256"and make sure there is a space before the "256". 4) Press ENTER to confirm. 5) Hold down F3 then press ON to reset the MC5. Users like you and me are in an uproar because they updated their phone to Android 4.4 KitKat, and now the SD card support has changed. Apps no longer work, folks have problems with cameras and music players, and while everyone else is saying "Oh, yeah. That's how it works now," nobody warned them in advance before they grabbed that update.
