In my case, it was due to data files containing a point in your name (example AB_12345.1.fasta). I replaced the point by the underscore symbol (example AB_12345_1.fasta) and everything worked properly. I hope it helps you on something. share|improve this answer edited Jul 6 at 13:51 answered Jul 5 at 11:33 lgpm 12 add a comment| Your Answer draft saved draft discarded Sign up or log in Sign up using Google Sign up using Facebook Sign up using Email and Password Post as a guest Name Email Post as a guest Name Email discard By posting your answer, you agree to the privacy policy and terms of service.
