As I experiment with various revisions of my target specification, I often get a variety of error messages when attempting to call make. Exit Status GNU make exits with a status of zero if all makefiles were successfully parsed and no targets that were built failed. A status of one will be returned if the -q flag was used and make determines that a target needs to be rebuilt. A status of two will be returned if any errors were encountered. Did you go through that process in MPLABX? Older versions of MPLABX didn't require this step but newer versions do. I don't know if it works with older versions of CCS, but I have had very little trouble out of the newer versions of CCS when paired with MPLABX. Not my favorite IDE though. I actually prefer the CCS one de
