start the service. I do not know any solutions on how to fix this and I would really appreciate some support. Thanks Saturday, October 26, 2013 10:03 PM Reply | Quote Answers 0 Sign in to vote Hi, It seems thatthe issueis due to the corruptsystem files. If the dependency services started, I recommend you restore error 1068 audio the value of the key below: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\LanmanWorkstation You can export it from other computers which are running normally. If the issue persists, I am afraid you may need to perform a In-Place Upgrade. In addition, I recommend you run "sfc /scannow" at the command prompt to check if any system file is causing the issue. More detailed information, please refer to

However, the workstation service also depends on SMB mini-redirector (1.x and 2.0) and the browser support driver. The problem is that I don't know how to verify wheter these are working or not. Any idea? tafel-t, May 16, 2012 #4 flavallee Frank Trusted Advisor Joined: May 12, 2002 Messages: 69,901 Have you been using any "cleaner/optimizer/booster/tuneup/tweak" type utilities? ------------------------------------------------------------------ flavallee, May 16, 2012 #5 tafel-t Thread Starter Joined: May 15, 2012 Messages: 4 Yes, advanced system care.
