Solution 2: Restore permissions to licensing folders Applies to : Creative Cloud Creative Suite CS5 Creative Suite CS5.5 Creative Suite CS6 Configuration error when starting a CC or CS application When you launch a Creative error 16 xbox Cloud (CC) or Creative Suite (CS) application, you get a configuration error 15 or 16 error 16 sprint that asks you to uninstall or reinstall the product. Recently it has been saying that I need to restart to install the new version. I have restarted and it still says that. Then it quit running completely. When I try to open it, it says it has to install spotify. I type in the admin password and it says it can't access spotify installer because the network name cannot be found. It gives another error code of 0x80070043. Then it says it can't get admin privileges (error code 16). I have logged in as the admin and installed spotify and it runs under the admin.
