This will remove all print drivers and 3rd party monitors. Just dont delete the usb or tcpip monitors. Then once done ONLY load approved drivers

Actually we have 30 servers and 300 users working on it. Our monitoring tool (SCOM) is reporting serveral times during the day that a print spooler of one of the TS is crashing.Normally SCOM start's the service but not always. Then the users complain that no printers are available in the citrix session. We are using the Universal Printer Driver from Citrix and no Native drivers.I don't know why the service is crashing and I would need a solution for that asap.We have Windows 2003 SP2 installed with PS 4.5.System Eventlog:ID 7034The Print Spooler service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 3 time(s).ID 1114Error communicating with the Spooler system service. Open the Services snap-in and confirm that the Print Spooler service is running.Any help is appreciated. Thanks! 1306-309414-1654560 Back to top Marek Dresler Citrix Employees #2 Marek Dresler 952 posts Posted 28 June 2012 - 03:35 PM Hello,If the Citrix Print Manager Service crashes too, assuming HRP07 is already in place, it could be worth applying the below hotfix:http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX132550 - LIMITED RELEASE - Hotfix PSE450R07W2K3039 - For Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 and XenApp 5.0 for Windows Server 2003 x86 To address the Microsoft print spooler crash yo
