and upgraded to VV2.5. For files being copied to the laptop, I now get the error : "Can not create or replace 'Filename'. Access is Denied. Error." ... https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/870979 it looks like a permissions issue. However I can manually copy the files (with Windows Explorer) without any issues. XP Home Edition, version 5.1.2600. I've been trying to backup MS Word files & folders in My Documents by sending http://www.pcreview.co.uk/threads/error-copying-file-cannot-create-or-replace-file-or-folder.2676891/ them over to a pendrive or copying and pasting them there, but the following error message keeps showing up: "Error copying file or folder: Cannot create or replace [name of file/folder]. The directory or file cannot be created." If I open the Word document and try to save it on the pendrive, the error message reads: "Microsoft Word - The directory or file error copying cannot be created." In case it matters, total capacity of my local disk is 18 GB, of which 13 GB is used. I'd greatly appreciate if sb can help me out here.
