Error Copying File Or Folder The Requested Resource Is In Use

have done has not revealed the result. Basically, some of my documents in a particular document library will open through explorer view, and some will not. I have a drive, UNC mapped to the document library. There are several different types of documents in this particular library. If error copying file or folder a device attached to the system is not functioning i try to open some of the documents, I get 'Error: The parameter is incorrect'. If I try and open them through the sharepoint library itself, they open fine. Likewise, copy and pasting, renaming, deleting, etc all give 'Could not read from source file or disk'. However, they work when doing it through sharepoint itself. Other documents in that same directory open, edit, etc perfectly. There is no pattern to this problem. I have checked file name lengths, permissions, etc. This is a real problem because it affects random documents throughout my document library. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. NTFS or ReFSpartition to a FAT32 partition. The error is because the maximum size of a file that can be stored on FAT32 is 4GB. This is a error copying file or folder windows 10 restriction of the file system and not SyncBack. The only solution is to error copying file or folder the device is unreachable backup to a file system that can stores files of that size, e.g. NTFS or ReFS.This error-87 can also occur when error copying file or folder the directory or file cannot be created copying files to a SharePoint server and the file is of a restricted type. For example, a SharePoint server may be configured not to allow .PST files to be copied to it.If neither https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/b8c4a4a4-ee61-4cfa-bfe0-e51d3379bfa7/sharepoint-explorer-view-the-parameter-is-incorrect?forum=sharepointgenerallegacy of these apply, it is likely caused by hardware errors and/or disk/file errors (corrupt data). Checking if you can copy the same data via Windows (drag & drop, etc), or changing devices (testing with different external USB drives, flash drives, etcetera) can help narrow down the problem. Unfortunately, it is a Windows error (error #87, as shown), and it is annoyingly 'unspecific'. I have nearly 4GB of photos and videos on my phone, and I want to put them into my computer's pictures folder. I have opened Windows Explorer and found the photos in the weird location Computer\Torbens iPhone 4\Internal Storage\DCIM\800AAAAA, but I cannot copy or move the files error copying file from here to a local folder. When I try, Windows says "Error copying file or folder. The parameter is incorrect." I have synced with iTunes but don't see where iTunes would have made a backup copy of the photos. This is immensely frustrating. I can't believe it has to be this difficult and I must be missing something, but I don't see what that is. 1) How do I get my pictures off the phone and onto my local disk? Also, it would be so much simpler if Windows would just assign a drive letter to the device, just like it does for my digital camera and any other USB storage I connect. Is there any way to make Windows do this, or is Apple being restrictive again? 2) How can I get a drive letter assigned to the phone? (Less important but mighty annoying.) Details: iPhone4, iOS 4.1.2, iTunes 10.5.1.42, Windows 7. Update: Am I understanding correctly that neither of the sync nor backup functions in iTunes backs up the photos? iphone itunes windows backup photos share|improve this question edited Dec 2 '11 at 20:54 asked Dec 2 '11 at 6:38 Torben Gundtofte-Bruun 1,745133145 add a comment| 4 Answers 4 active oldest votes up vote 3 down vote accepted I have
