Anybody knows the solution to this? redhat yum share|improve this question asked Oct 8 '10 at 10:28 Erik I 251416 add a comment| 2 Answers 2 active oldest votes up vote 1 down vote accepted This is a problem in RHN and it's CDN, where it is saying "XYZ" is the checksum for file A but when yum does a checksum on what it has downloaded it's not getting "XYZ" so refuses to use it. I'd highly recommend you open a support ticket, or you can just wait for it to fix itself. You probably want to link your support ticket to: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=638922 ...which is where the current problem is being collected. share|improve this
is part of an issue on RHN. This will also be addressed by the fix going out next week. To recap: * Several of the problems discussed on this thread are related to an RHN problem that should be fixed next week * Other issues are part of a yum bug that will be fixed with 5.3, which is also going to be released soon If anyone needs more detail or has any questions just let me know.
