As the portion of the install reaches the Sending the client information to the CommServe section, the installer throws the following error message: Setup determined error(s) in the client install with the CommServe. Test3: (Error) Failed to update client information in the database See GalaxyInstallerLog.txt for more information or contact your software provider for assistance. Output from the GalaxyInstallerLog.txt attached Has anyone come across a similar problem in the past and if so is there a resolution available ? Any assistance is appreciated. Could you confirm this client [Test3] exists within the GUI, the error suggest there already exists a client matching the same name, already exists, which would not be allowed by the Installer. If you don't see it initially in the GUI, please check in Control Panel on the CommServe Console under User Preferences -- Show Virtual Server Discovered Clients to see if it shows up in the GUI. I have since deleted the virtual machine and was able to submit the install task again. This time it completed successfully. Thank you very much for your assistance.
