a distribution point at the remote location for one of my clients. The system in question is across a 100Mb link from the native mode primary site server, and it's a full distribution point, not just a server share. The error sending dav request. http code 404, status 'not found' DP in question appears to not be serving clients - attempts to download content from multiple different local clients result in the following error in the DataTransferService.log file: Execute called for DTS job '{2E5EB1C2-B200-484A-9EB7-1B0CE3757A80}'. had been found. Turned out the datatransferservice.log had the following error logged getdirectorylist_http failed with code 0x800704cf. Error sending DAV Request.HTTP Code 500,Status ‘Internal server Error’. Note:I am using Custom port (CCMHTTPPORT:port that the client should use when communicating over HTTP to site system servers) rather default port 80 while installing SCCM client. I did

In the remote site the Applications don't get downloaded, the status remains on 'downloading (0% complete)' In the DataTransferService log I find the following errors: Successfully sent location services HTTPS failure message. Will attempt retry 9 in 3600 seconds. I've disabled the Firewall on both the client and the DP. No change The DP has a valid Web Server Certificate installed and the client has a valid workstation authentication certificate installed. If I open a browser and navigate to https://DPSERVER.OURDOMAIN.com:443/NOCERT_SMS_DP_SMSPKG$/PIT00004 it displays a 'IE cannot display this page' error.
