My emails keep getting stuck in the Outbox and I keep getting the notification at the bottom of the screen that says "Email Application Alert. Error sending Sent from AccountNameHere" I'm beginning to think that this is a network issue of some sort, because it seems to be happening to my gmail, yahoo, and personal (own domain) IMAP accounts. If anyone has any suggestions on how to fix this please advise. thx. Reply creatinggrafix Posts 1 Posts 06/08/2009,09:48 AM #2 BUMP - I'm having the same problem.. I continue getting the same error message ""Email Application Alert. Error sending Sent from AccountNameHere" despite deleting that same message from the outbox! Is there a way to clear out that alert or Should we just wait it out? DaleDC Reply un_de

Please Note: As another step in enhancing our customer experience, MSU IT Services is consolidating all technology help information into one repository. This process will begin Friday, April 15, 2016, with MSU IT moving all public facing techbase.msu.edu documents to the MSU IT Service Desk application. The techbase.msu.edu service will be retired in the future and replaced with a new help portal. More information will be shared as timelines are confirmed. IT Services support for e-mail capable cell phones/smartphones and other handheld, pad, and mobile devices such as the Blackberry, Palm Pre, iOS devices (iPhone, iPad), Droid, etc, is limited to providing basic information settings as listed below. Consult your manual or contact your cell phone provider or manufacturer for specific steps to apply the settings on your device. Devices using the iOS (iPad, iPod Touch, iPhone) have auto-fill capitalization. Unless you modify the entry for NetID to all lowercase, logging in mail will fail. For instance, "Sparty" will fail - correcting the entry to "sparty" (all lowercase) will resolve the login failure. Password: your MSU NetID password.
