Error - Could Not Run The Graph Mkv
"XBOX 360" Error - Could not run the graph Error - Could not start transcoding for file://c:/users/admin/videos/test.mkv Ive tried alot of mkv files , but it always ends up like this ? Grey_Fox 2008-09-26 06:47:39 UTC #2 I am also getting this issue but only with mkv files. Ashmodai 2008-12-07 13:25:00 UTC #3 In fact I have the exact same issue whatever mkv I try to transcode ... Detected XBOX 360 at IP address: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxxStarted streaming "Whatever" to "XBOX 360"Error - Could not run the graphError - Could not start transcoding for file://\\serve/shared/movies/hd.mkv/movies/720/Whatever.mkv mikepaul 2008-12-06 01:09:47 UTC #4 http://ibc.hbw.com/ibc/videos/Diomedeid ... ns_22g.mkv works for me now that I've corrected the mistake of putting it into a Never transcode directory. If another MKV fails, maybe the codec inside is the issue... seethru 2008-12-05 06:52:22 UTC #5 Should also add this is only happening to me when streaming to the 360, I can play these in the web browser fine. seethru 2008-12-05 02:13:08 UTC #6 Getting this also, has anyone found a solution? Googling the error returns one english link, and one german. The english link is this thread. I find it hard to believe that only three of us have ever experienced this. I refuse to muddy up my pc with any codec pack. FFDShow, Haali Media Splitter, and the AC3 codec should be enough, but just for good measure I also allowed the TVersity install to install its "pack". Someone out there has to have an idea as far as what is causing this. Running Vista x64. HorizonX 2008-12-20 23:28:23 UTC #7 Also having same problem... not sure when it began happening, might have been after some windows update or a TVersity update. My DirectShow graphs are very clean with ffdshow/ac3filter etc. Will stream fine to anything except my XBox360, where it throws out this "could not run the graph" error. >_< I'm running TVersity under my user account, and get the following kind of errors:2008-12-20 17:23:28 - Started streaming "whatever" to "XBOX 360"2008-12-20 17:23:30 - Error - Could not run the graph2008-12-20 17:23:35 - Error - Could not start transcoding for file://t:/folders/movies6-hd/whatever.mkv Very frustrating, especially since less than a month ago my mkvs were working perfectly, with subtitles even! D: EDIT: Only seems to happen on

The problem arose out of the blue. When opening a file .mkv appears this error: Spoiler Any version of the player, from the latest version. The problem appears not for the first time. Earlier reinstalling windows helps only. Reinstalling codecs is also not resolved the problem. http://forum.tversity.com/t/error-could-not-start-transcoding/10070 Plese help))) Back to top #2 ehathgepiurhe ehathgepiurhe Lead QA Admin 6501 posts Posted 27 October 2014 - 11:41 AM Hi TraTaTa, Welcome to the forums I don't suppose you would be able to provide a sample of that MKV file would you? Also, if you enable the following option, do any other error/warning messages appear when you try and play the file? Playback : Smart Play > Show Smart Play graph http://forum.inmatrix.com/index.php?showtopic=14412 creation errors (useful for debugging) The red x on the error dialog seemingly indicates a system error, the title bar indicates that Zoom generated it, but that lack of text is disturbing. ehat Back to top #3 TraTaTa TraTaTa Newbie Members 4 posts Posted 27 October 2014 - 12:21 PM ----- 27.10.2014 @ 15:28:56 ----- WarningCould not find a suitable Decoder for: "[Source: Smart Play Graph (File Source (Async.))].Output" SubTypes: {00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000} {00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000} ----- 27.10.2014 @ 15:28:57 ----- Could not create a Smart Play Graph, will now try a standard graph... If you run the file through MediaInfo, what does it list as the video format, and the audio format? http://i.imgur.com/NltUwse.png MediaInfo is available from http://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo 3. Does the file have subtitles? If so: a. What subtitle renderer are you using? b. If you are using the current Beta, do you have the 'Use XySubFilter' option enabled? http://i.imgur.com/F6WHzhl.png Regards, ehat Back to top #5 TraTaTa TraTaTa Newbie Members 4 posts Posted 29 October 2014 - 10:14 AM After enabling:Playback>Smart Play>Let windows (DirectShow) select the audio and video renderers
