What version of Norton Ghost is installed? According to Norton site, Ghost 15 support Windows 7, here is the detailed information: http://www.symantec.com/norton/ghost To start the VSS admin service, please click the Start button, type Services.msc in the Start Search box and press Enter. Double click the Volume Shadow Copy service and make sure it is started. You can also test it in Clean Boot mode. If the issue persists, please try to run Ghost in administrator mode: Run program under compatibility mode & Administrator level ================= 1. Right click on the Ghost program and click Properties. 2. Click on the Compatibility tab. 3. Select “Run this program in compatibility mode for.” 4. Choose Windows Vista (Service Pack 2) from the drop down list. 5. Select “Run this program as an administrator” option under the Privilege Level topic. 6. Click Apply, click OK.
