Ask the experts! shiamak Regular Visitor3 Reg: 03-Mar-2010 ghost error Posts: 5 Solutions: 0 Kudos: 0 Kudos0 Ghost 15 8027 error Posted: 03-Mar-2010 | 2:34PM • 6 Replies • Permalink Hi All Ghost Experts out there, I just bought Ghost 15 for creating image for my Win7 system (DELL T5400 with SATA Drive), I created boot disk sucessfully but ghost while creating/writing image on a DVD generates following error ABORT: 8027 : ghost error number A GeneralException occured. I am really confused I thought Ghost15 was going to be easy to use with Win7? ANY HELP is really appreciated. If you can, try this to burn it. http://www.gearsoftware.com/GEAR-ISO-Burn.php Sorry, I thought you were having problems making the recovery disk. If you have burning software already, you could always make the image as smaller files that will fit on a CD or DVD and then burn them to disks. shiam
