Defragged, Cleaned Up disk etc etc. When setting up for the Ghost, the program will only seperate the drives into 122Gig with 60Gog odd remainder. I'll take that. I should be able to expand that larger volume later. Before Ghost reaches https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH106614.html the 25% mark I receive a "error 25003 inconsistancy error", I tried a suggestion of using "ghost -ntc-" (guess this is a function of some sort) at the command prompt however now we recieve "error 26705" or something. Any takers on this one? wayne_eddy View Public Profile Find all posts by wayne_eddy #2 August 10th, 2005, 02:37 PM mgosselin New Member Join Date: Aug 2005 Posts: 5 Found this in the Symantec KB: http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT...ver=symghost_7 mgosselin View Public Profile Find http://www.cybertechhelp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=85169 all posts by mgosselin #3 August 11th, 2005, 03:42 PM wayne_eddy New Member Join Date: Aug 2005 Location: Perth, Australia Age: 48 Posts: 14 tried ghost -ws- -wd- received that same 25003 error msg any more tips? wayne_eddy View Public Profile Find all posts by wayne_eddy Bookmarks Digg del.icio.us StumbleUpon Google « Previous Topic | Next Topic » Topic Tools Show Printable Version Email this Page Posting Rules You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts BB code is On Smilies are On [IMG] code is On HTML code is Off Forum Rules Forum Jump My Control Panel Private Messages Subscriptions Who's Online Search Forums Forums Home Operating Systems Windows 10 Windows 8 Windows 7 Windows Vista Windows XP Older Windows Versions Windows 95 Windows 98 Windows ME Windows NT, 2000, 2003, 2008, 2012 Linux Macintosh, iPhone and iPad Hardware Hardware Networking Software Applications Gaming Internet / Browsers Malware Removal Forum Web Development & Graphic Design General The Anything Else Board Open Discussion Comments & Suggestions Forum

Using Ghost 2004 floppy to copy the old hard drive to the new one. There are two partitions on the drive, one is the fat partition that HP stores the restoration info in, the other is the main partition NTFS. The FAT ghost error code partition goes the thru the copy process fine, but as soon as I get to the NTFS partition Ghost stops with the error: Internal Error 25003: An internal discrepancy was discovered. If it continues, contact technical support. The only option is to click
