In doing so they have came up w/a GRUB Error 15. Is there any easy way for them to fix this w/o using command line? They can point and click easy enough, but trying to talk them through command line over the phone is not something I look forward to. I'm not all too familiar w/ setting up GRUB or GRUB errors. I'm guessing GRUB is looking in the wrong place for it's /boot folder. They're tried the supergrub disk, but it failed to repair GRUB. I can't seem to find any simple solution for them. Any recommendations? ubuntuguide . ubuntupackages . psychocats . noost . linuxcommand Originally Posted by *snip* I love it when people stop trying to help me and I just uninstall ubuntu because of it . . .
