You may be trying to print a document that is too complex for the printer's capacity (too many macros, soft fonts, or http://h20564.www2.hp.com/portal/site/hpsc/public/psi/troubleshootResults?sp4ts.oid=238800 graphics). Pressing GO may print the transferred data, but data may be missing or skewed. If the file size of the print job exceeds printer's onboard memory capacity, try adding more memory. Sometimes mismatched software drivers over-inflate the size of a document and cause these errors; you may want to download/install a different driver. If all else fails, simplify the print job and print manageable segments at a time. 21 PAGE TOO COMPLEX The data (dense text, rules, http://www.printertechs.com/printer-troubleshooting/hp-error-codes/192-numeric-error-codes-20-49-hp-laserjet raster or vector graphics) sent to the printer is too complex Pressing GO may print the transferred data; but some data may be missing or skewed. This is typically caused if two or more sheets stick together in the printer or if the tray is not properly adjusted. 1. Reload the tray with the correct print media size. 2. Ensure that media in the tray is loaded under the front and back retaining tabs. 3. If you are printing from tray 1, verify that the correct paper size is selected in the control panel. 4. If you are printing from tray 2, 3, or 4, verify that any paper-size adjustments (length guide, width guide, size-selector switch) on the paper tray have been made correctly. Make s

Whenever I try to print something, it reports the error code "13.01.00" which normally means that there is a paper jam in one of the trays. Only there is no jam. I searched for an answer for a few hours and tried all the tips I found, including: removing all dirt and dust checking the spring mechanism in the paper tray which pushes the paper up checking the pickup roller checking the sensor flag next to the pickup roller When checking the pickup roller I tried printing a test page with the tray out by pressing up the sensor flag and I noticed that the pickup roller is not even moving. The printer seems to be trying to move it, but stops after two attempts, each of which is accompanied by a clicking sound. It then stops and reports the error message. So it seems there is some problem with the motor or the gears. Maybe someone has had this problem too and might be able to provide some insight. printing printer hp-laserjet laserjet share|improve this question edited Jul 15 at 7:30 Hennes 51.1k776121 asked Jul 30 '15 at 16:02 spyx 112 add a comment| active oldest votes Know someone who can answer?
