Colin Vincent is online now HP Color LaserJet 2500 - have 3 steady lights ( not blinking) Customer Question HP Color LaserJet 2500 - have 3 steady lights ( not blinking) on the console that self diagnoses any problems. The 3 lights are the attention light, the ready light, & the Go light. The online manual indicates that this means "Service Error". I have followed perfectly the recommendations for repairing the situation, but I can't get any response from the printer to either "print" or respond to any button pushes. Sadly - no response - just the 3 solid colors. In addition I have followed the manual recs by turning the Printer "on & Off" with a time delay. I have also disconnected both the power plug & the computer connection - then reconnected several times. Sad -because this has been a highly productive printer and the Printer status lig
