change with all rollers etc but problem remains. I am thinking maybe a sensor but no idea where.Any clues guys.Cheers Respond to this 1 If when you turn on the printer before you get the error message the printer menu says checking paper path and then after a while it stops with the 13.20 message here is a method to use. Open the right hand door below the manual feeder. Do this with the power off. No put a sheet of letter paper in the path there like it is feeding from the tray. Close the door and turn on the printer. When the printer says checking paper path it will move the paper thru the printer and out the facedown assembly. If http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/LaserJet-Printing/LaserJet-8150N-printing-error-message-received-how-do-i-fix/td-p/5055180 there is a piece of paper stuck in the facedown assembly it will jam at that spot and you may have to remove the top cover to remove it. If the paper comes out and the message is gone you are in business. If the paper comes out and the message is still there you will have to remove the top cover and reseat the sensor flag towards the left and back of the printer in that assembly as it has popped http://www.fixyourownprinter.com/posts/45741 out of its holder. by dmzcompute on Mar 7, 2007 at 6:40pm Add comment Please sign in to comment 0 For a 13.20 double check all locations with sensors, it might not be where it says it is.Does the main motor rotate when you open/close the toner door or power cycle the printer? If it does not then the machine thinks it has a fuser jam.Is there a duplexer installed? If so remove it, then power cycle the machine and retest. If no duplexer, and main motor rotates, then check face down delivery assembly. Please keep us posted with your results.ST by Stephen on Mar 7, 2007 at 4:40pm Add comment Please sign in to comment 0 You guys are awesome. Worked great. Thanks by Anonymous on May 26, 2009 at 8:50am Add comment Please sign in to comment 0 @dmzcompute: Thanks for this. I did pretty much what you said, although I pulled the toner cartridge and put the paper under it, replaced the cartridge, and then powered the printer. This method cleared a nasty little jam right at the output roller on the top of the printer that completely eluded me. Thanks! by davelh on Feb 10, 2011 at 1:27pm Add comment Please sign in to comment 0 I've done everything you say above but I still have the message.
