When the screen saver activates or the user locks the workstation and we try to unlock it, the error -1497 appears, and then it says that the password is incorrect. Any ideas? A:TJ, hop on over to the support area and see TID 10085576 -- it sounds like you need the NICI 2.61 referenced in the TID for the workstations. minutes. Join Now Hi everybody! I'm really stuck with this problem/scenario: I autologin in a windows XP SP3 (local, not in a domain) so https://community.spiceworks.com/topic/279371-login-to-novell-after-local-windows-xp-autologon I dont need to write my credentials to login (I'm the local Administrator http://www.computing.net/answers/netware/unable-to-unlock-wstation/5798.html user). Then I want to login to novell (from the Big Red N right click mouse option) with a novell user that exists, and I get an "Internal error -1497 (0xFFFFFA27)" error. On the other hand, if I remove the windows autologin, the system shows at the begining the novell login and internal error this time, with the same novell user (and with the local administrator in the "windows" tab) I can login without any problem. Novell correctly distributes my profile ... The only difference that i see is that when i try try the first option, when autologin only in local windows, the "window tab dont appear in the login novell window ¿? your knoledge would be very internal error 1497 apreciated. The desktop is XP with client 4.91.sp4. Our network deploys zen 7 with a DLU component. This problem occurs when one of my users locks his workstation and then tries to log on to get back on to the network. It is not 100% across the network, but instances are increasing. Is there some way to permanently fix this? I truly suspect that this has something to do with the DLU component considering that it impacts network logons. Any ideas?
