Jan 4, 2010. spacemancw Guest Trying to install Symantec Enterprise Vault. Received the following error on Citrix server in Outlook. “Microsoft Office Outlook cannot provide form scripting support. The feature is not available. For more information, contact your system administrator.” From http://www.lundgren.it/?p=10 the fix is to find out the Office GUID and run the command: msiexec /i {90120000-002A-0000-1000-0000000FF1CE} ADDLOCAL=OutlookVBScript /qb I did this on one Citrix server and it worked. Now I have another citrix server and when I run the msiexec command I get this error: "Error 2711 an internal error has https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH31550.html occurred (outlookvbscript)" My Citrix server in Win 2008 with XenApp 5.0 and Office 2007. The previous server was the same. I removed Office and reinstalled according to http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=304429 but that didn't help. I then ran windows updates and installed Office SP1. Any help would be much appreciated. spacemancw, Jan 4, 2010 #1 Advertisements Guest On Monday, January 4, 2010 7:51:18 AM UTC-5, spacemancw http://www.office-forums.com/threads/error-2711-an-internal-error-has-occurred-outlookvbscript.1527823/ wrote: > Trying to install Symantec Enterprise Vault.
