I tried several compatibility settings (Vista, XP SP2, Vista SP1) with no luck. I found some hints to register VBScript.DLL ( regsvr32 VBScript.DLL in system32 with admin privileges) but this doesn't help. Any further suggestions? It installed ok on one machine, but continously fails with 'Internal error 2738' on another machine; both were upgraded from Vista 32-bit to Windows 7 32-bit. The proposed solution (elsewhere) about registering vbscript.dll does not work for me.
