I downloaded a trial version of Adobe Flash CS3 Professional from adobe.com and tried to install it. But seconds after I click setup.exe an error message pops up saying Installation failed. Internal Error 2793 Any suggestions to fix the problem? 176Views Tags: none (add) This content has been marked as final. Show 1 reply 1. Re: Internal Error 2793 Vinderkay Feb 2, 2008 9:37 AM (in response to pawaiboy) I ran into the same issue with the trial version. It may be a Vista problem. Either way I cannot get it to install. The error code on mine was "Internal Error 2739" It happens right away, like an authentication error. I already have the Video Collection, so I wonder if it could be related. far. But now I'm accessing /jawstats, and the server returns "500 internal server error" without any error description. Plain awstats still works fine. Any ideas how to troubleshoot this? Looks like index.php is being run, and the error happens there somewhere. Thank's Andrej fretnoise2917 days agoBtw, here's the entry in access.log: 84.59.29.161 - - [22/Oct/2008:23:46:45 -0700] "GET /jawstats/ HTTP/1.1" 500 - "-" "Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008061015 Firefox/3.0" r There's no corresponding error in error.log. Sigh... fretnoise2917 days agoHere's my https://forums.adobe.com/thread/130958?start=0&tstart=0 config: root:/etc/apache2# more conf.d/awstats.conf Alias /awstatsclasses "/usr/share/awstats/lib/" Alias /awstats-icon/ "/usr/share/awstats/icon/" Alias /awstatscss "/usr/share/doc/awstats/examples/css" ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ /usr/lib/cgi-bin/ ScriptAlias /awstats/ /usr/lib/cgi-bin/ Options ExecCGI -MultiViews +SymLinksIfOwnerMatch Alias /jawstats "/mnt/awstats/jawstats/" === END === I can access /jawstats/readme.txt - so the alias is working. karamorf2917 days agoYou only get the one entry into your access log? I get like 15 or so ... dunno if this http://www.jawstats.com/community/thread6 actually helps any but wild guesses are as good as any right? :) good luck though ... fretnoise2913 days agoYes, that's it. jawstats's index.php causes an internal error, and a blank page is returned. You probably get more entries, because your page contains a bunch of external references that are loaded when the page is displayed. My question: How do I know what causes the 500 error? Or what can I do to find out the root of this? Am I really the only person running into this issue? Thank's. fretnoise2913 days agoSOLVED. Added the following to config.php: ini_set("memory_limit","42M"); Figured this out once I turned on error logging in index.php with error_reporting(1); For claiming to be "light on the server side", jawstats does use a lot of memory. joncombe2913 days agoThis doesn't sound good. :( How big are these files, fretnoise? I mean, can you give me an idea of how much traffic you're getting? I'm guessing (hoping) it is a very large number indeed. Thanks as always for the heads up. fretnoise2910 days ago# ls -l -rw-r--r--
