So you might just have a damaged unit from a fall or faulty manufacturing. One person reports that they fixed the problem by pushing the WLAN switch up very hard. But maybe you are lucky and the psp is misdiagnosing it's self. If not check your manual and give sony support a call. ootp2003Member Since: February 4, 2006Posts: 1828ootp2003FollowForum Posts: 1828Followed by: 0Reviews: 0 Stacks: 0Forum Karma: 0#6 Posted by ootp2003 (1828 posts) - 9 years, 2 months agoDoes the green WLAN light flicker when you try

(80410A0B)" The light near the WLAN switch doesn't even blink, but the WLAN switch is on. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Everything else on my PSP works fine, its just the WiFi thats not working. Toys Video, Computer & Internet Games Sony PSP How to Fix the PSP Internal Error 80410A0b How to Fix the PSP Internal http://www.ehow.com/how_5867684_fix-psp-internal-error-80410a0b.html Error 80410A0b By Nick Miles eHow Contributor Nick Miles Follow http://sony-playstation-solution.blogspot.com/2008/12/psp-connection-error-80410a0b.html Pin Share Tweet Share Email Save Koichi Kamoshida/Getty Images News/Getty Images The Sony PlayStation Portable comes with Wi-Fi capabilities and an Internet browser to surf the Web. Connecting to the Internet is fairly straightforward. All you have to do is enter a wireless internal error router's name and password, and the PSP should be able to establish a Wi-Fi connection. However, when you attempt to connect your PSP to the Internet, you may get an 80410A0b error, which denotes a problem with the Internet connection. Some simple troubleshooting may help solve this issue. Take out the UMD disc from the back of psp wifi card the PSP if one is inserted. Take out your memory card from the memory card reader if one is inserted. Turn on your PSP. Go to the "Settings" tab in the Cross Media Bar and select "System Settings." Select "Restore Default Settings" and confirm that you wish to restore all settings to the factory defaults. Restart your PSP. Try connecting to the Internet again. If you still get the 80410A0b error, try connecting to another network. If you successfully establish a connection to another network, your router is at fault. If you cannot connect to the second network, your PSP's Wi-Fi card could be damaged and may need repairs. Tips & Warnings Ensure that you are entering the Wi-Fi SSID and password correctly on the PSP. You can contact PlayStation Support (see Resources) to start a repair order if you PSP's Wi-Fi card is faulty. and says (A connection error has occured(80410A0B) Connection Name --- SSID ---. Also, the wifi light doesnt come on. Help, pleaz, im starting to have withdraw!!!!!Solution:its happened to my psp.there is no solution, nothing works, updates dont work, down grades dont work, you have to swap your psp for a new with sony, they supply them iven if you dont have warrentyFirst of all, psp can browse the internet with its simple browser.BUT! What you may not know is that there is a bug where when you try to search or use a wireless lan connection (WLAN) the psp may say something like:Internal Error(80410A0B)To fix this without any memory loss, take out the UMD which is in the psp, and also take out the memory card.Next, go to settings, then system settings and click restore settings, the psp may freeze up, but it is not broken, take out the batter pack and put it back in, the settings should be restored and all should work.Sony hotlines dont seem to tell you how to fix it, many people often go buy a new or swap their psps, but all you need to do is this!go to system settings restore default settings it always works for mechek if your proxy server is on if it is on turn it off i had the same problem with mine, to turn it off you go to the web browser, then tools, then settings then proxy server setings and set it on do not use.
