When I try to burn a DVD, I get an error message: PGC "" has an error at 00;00;00;00. Internal software error: 50, line "" Info: name = "", ref= Bpgc, time = 00;00;00;00;00.The project was fully rendered in PPro. I've re-exported 3 times, and it happens every time. I did a search on the Forum, and found one other person who had this problem, but their problem turned out to be with their audio. My project has no audio at all. Just video.Thank you for any help/ideas/suggestions you may have! I'm totally flummoxed. I have a Dell Dimension 8400 with a 3.4 Ghz Pentium 4. I have tried a Philips SPD2413 and now a LG GSA-H55L DVD burner. I've upgraded my memory from 1Gb https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1148149 to 5Gb, and added a 1TB secondary drive to my 160Gb primary drive to help Adobe. The specific text of the error is PGC "
and when I go to burn in Encore the PGC internal Software Error comes on. I've been trying to fix this for 4 days allready straight out without much sleep. I've been re-exporting the video from Premiere Pro CS3 about http://transcoding-hangs.blogspot.com/2011/12/pgc-internal-software-error-please.html 2 times a day using different settings such as bit-rate. After much trying, I did found https://www.slashcam.com/EN/info/Adobe-Encore-internal-software-error-276851.html that the default bitrate settings let me burn in Encore but the quality comes out terrible (fade in/outs are pixelated). Any other setting does not let me burn in encore. Can anyone please help me? I am so frustrated that a year's work went down the drain because Encore has a problem with higher bitrates or something like that. I am running A 3.0 Ghz processor internal error with 1 GB ram and tons of hard drive space. I dont have much time. maybe a day. This is driving me nuts. I exported MPeg 2 and Mpeg 2 dvd and nothing works so far.PGC Internal Software Error!! PLease...Hi Victor,Did you ever figure out your problem. I had the same problem but never found a solution.PGC Internal Software Error!! PLease...I have the same problem too. If anyone figure out the solution, please posted here.I'm having the same problem too. Has anyone internal error adobe had any response from Adobe?same problem hereIt's really too bad that there are so many people have this problem and there is no solution from Adobe. I have searched for PGC Error in this forum and there are so many people reportin this problem but all of the threads have no solution. So, finally I've found the source of the problem and a workaround!First the source: when Encore has to transcode a video it must corrupt the file, because it's the transcoded file that causes the problem, I tried this by importing a transcoded file into Encore 1.5 there it came with the same error. Now the workaround, ok maybe it isn't quite a workaround but it's a way to go:What I did was: I built my project new in Encore 1.5, because Encore 2.0 has a problem importing the videos by me, but if you would just import the videos in 1.5 and let 1.5 transcode them so that all of them would fit on a DVD you should be able to import the transcoded files in CS3 and it should work, no guarantee.Other possibility: try opening your project in encore 2.0 and re import your videos there and let 2.0 do all of the transcoding, that might work too!But for certain: don't let encore CS3 do all the transcoding!I'm working with PAL files I don't know if it will be the same by NTSC, but it's worth a try!If anybody feels like reproducing t
should begin, so once the material is already transcodiert, the following error message: In the PGC "name the clip" An error occurred at 00:21:53:14 internal software error% 0 line "name of the clip" PGC Info Name = name of the clip Ref = Bpgc Time = 00:21:53:14 I have several attempts to start and the video is next reduced to 8 minutes and it has worked, but if it is longer always comes back to this error message, in which the time is always varied, but always seem to just before the conclusion of the video is. So I hope you understand the problem :-) mfg Manuel Antwort von sas_hh:Hey. The problem I have synonymous, and still no solution in sight .. Antwort von Manuell:My hope is dwindling slowly synonymous, since the Internet I found nothing about this did, except one which was synonymous, but apparently no solution is found. Echt blöd sowas, especially now I have only a start menu button, so I've really no idea what might be the cause. mfg Manuel Antwort von Filmzirkus:404ERR Antwort von Manuell:Thanks for the tip, I've already synonymous with drangedacht continue the old version, just so it can not sense that I get the new version and then buy it with the old to work, where I now synonymous but still no changes noted could. But I have so synonymous only a test burn to DVD. mfg Manuel Antwort von dietzemichi:Hello, my proposed solution: as a dvd image or dvd folder to the hard disk write, then with a burning program stinknormalen burn. I had a similar problem ever, that at once without basic compile the dvd was canceled, I just one of the other options selected and then fell. synonymous always does what is a restart and then create the new project, which is a menu with dozens of tracks, unfortunately, would be less funny, I speak from experience ;)... dvd studio, there is less silly, I've made and the functions of her extensive synonymous ... So lots of success. mfg michi Antwort von Manuell:Yes with DVD Studio Pro synonymous, I have already gerbeitet what I was just a pity that the menus with no music was inferior. The idea with the image I had been synonymous, but was exactly the same problem. I've now sent a screenshot s.adobe and with whom the telephone, sometimes schaun whether a solution. mfg Manuel Antwort von Babaluba:Encore is in the 3.0 version catastrophically buggy! Be sure to 3.1 (or 3.01) to update. I had similar and have many other problems, now everything runs supa! Lg Antwort von Manuell:this makes me so hopeful :-), bu
