I can insert records to the database without problems, but When I modify the information in the Grid and loop through each object and call ServiceEntity.UpdateObject(MyObject) then Service.BeginSaveChanges(AddressOf OnSaveComplete, MyObject)
The OnSaveComplete is called, the error occurs when this line is processed Service.EndSaveChanges(result) The error is "internal error at 'HttpWebResponse.NormalizeResponseStatus'" I have no clue, the permissions in the Service are set to all, the sql server user can modify records, I just don't have idea of what this error is. I have other pages that update data without problems. So the data is not updated. Have you solved this mystery? the error message doesn't seem to have any clues about why this is happening. MyContext.BeginSaveChanges(SaveChangesOptions.Batch, OnSaveAllComplete, null); Saturday, April 04, 2009 5:57 AM Reply | Quote 0 Sign in to vote Yes, I solved it, it's related to the PK of the table, it must have only one field or property in the PK. RIA applications. My services are hosted separately to the web projects with the Rich Internet Applications (RIA)s.I need to enable access from separate Silverlight (and Flash) client apps. From Silverlight I get an internal error exception (see below) when I try to make a call to the ADO.NET Data Service (which is Self Hosted separately).
