Помогите установить Maсh3. К станку прилагался диск с файлами установки: Mach3Version D1.90.038.exe и Mach1Lic.dat. При завуске Mach3Version D1.90.038.exe выдает сообщение: "INTERNAL ERROR B109-13: Cannot decompress setup program" Подскажите что нужно сделать?
