Installation files could not be downloaded because: Internal Error: CoCreateInstance({652E77B7-69AA-491B-8C64-25B79239863F}) FAILED. If the problem persists, a proxy server might be preventing automatic downloads. Choose the option to download files manually instead. To the best of my knowledge there are no firewall/antivirus/proxy issues. Any ideas? I had the same problem at home last night and at work today: "The downloader could not be started due http://www.eng-tips.com/viewthread.cfm?qid=360041 to an internal error. Try downloading manually." And then: "Download Error Installation files could not be downloaded because: Internal Error: CoCreateInstance({652E77B7-69AA-491B-8C64-25B79239863F}) FAILED. If the problem persists, a proxy server might be preventing automatic downloads. Choose the option to download files manually instead. We have several installations at work plus everyone's home installation. I would like to know if all of them will have to be done manually.
