It works great on the dev machine, but on our staging server (Heroku) it returns an 'Internal Server Error' in the New Password window when I click Set Password. The stack trace is: Exception while invoking method 'resetPassword' Error: setUserId must be called on string or null, not object at [object Object]._.extend._setUserId (livedata_server.js:774:13) at [object Object].setUserId [as _setUserId] (livedata_server.js:666:14) at [object Object]._.extend.setUserId (packages/ddp-common/method_invocation.js:94:1) at AccountsServer.Ap._loginUser (accounts_server.js:286:20) at AccountsServer.Ap._attemptLogin (accounts_server.js:340:12) at AccountsServer.Ap._loginMethod (accounts_server.js:368:15) at [object Object].Meteor.methods.resetPassword (password_server.js:643:19) at maybeAuditArgumentChecks (livedata_server.js:1698:12) at livedata_server.js:708:19 at [object Object]._.extend.withValue (packages/meteor/dynamics_nodejs.js:56:1) We're not customizing the the email sent, just using the default email from Meteor. Email is sent via SendGrid. Meteor version is 1.2.1. We've also using angular-meteor. In both cases, there is no logged in user. I checked the websocket on each and the only difference I can see is that the localhost request header has the following cookies in it but the Heroku version doesn't: __atuvc=5%7C14%2C51%blahblah; _ga=GA1.1.629blahblah; express.sid=s%3AP3GjI6q49hblahblah, plus Heroku shows a proxy header on the response Via:1.1 vegur Versions: accounts-base@1.2.2 accounts-password@1.1.4 accounts-ui@1.1.6 accounts-ui-unstyled@1.1.8 alanning:roles@1.2.14 angular@1.3.1 angular-blaze-templates-compiler@0.0.1 angular-meteo

They were like this "Internal Error (Exception) 1.2.5 Nil Object Stack Trace:" Any idea why your error reported over two thousand times on my desktop? http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/232/wtfuh.png/ Posted in: Minecraft Mods Jun 17, 2012 Thorination posted a message on RP2 Timer help! Sidekiq jobs for him also fail. Here's an https://www.ruby-forum.com/topic/53852 example of one of the failing Sidekiq jobs: Jobs::UserEmail {"type"=>"digest", "user_id"=>3530, "current_site_id"=>"default"} Jobs::HandledExceptionWrapper: Wrapped NoMethodError: undefined method 'bounce_score' for nil:NilClass In all instances the logs indicate the problem with his account is due to undefined method internal error 'bounce_score' for nil:NilClass except with a different undefined method depending on which database object was trying to be accessed. For example his 500 Internal Error viewing the main page is generated by: Processing by ListController#latest as HTML Completed 500 Internal Server Error in 30ms internal error exception (ActiveRecord: 13.1ms) NoMethodError (undefined method 'topic_reply_count' for nil:NilClass) /var/www/discourse/app/serializers/current_user_serializer.rb:51:in 'reply_count' Job exception: undefined method 'days_visited' for nil:NilClass I've checked the records in the database and they exist. Is the Redis cache somehow corrupted? I'm running the latest version of Discourse (I just upgraded to latest commit) and it didn't resolve these problems. Lastly I can't do a search for users through my admin panel anymore due to a similar error: Started GET "/admin/users/list/regular.json?_=1474829263900" for **** at 2016-09-25 19:03:37 +0000 Processing by Admin::UsersController#index as JSON Parameters: {"_"=>"1474829263900", "query"=>"regular"} Completed 500 Internal Server Error in 22ms (ActiveRecord: 6.0ms) NoMethodError (undefined method `time_read' for nil:NilClass) /var/www/discourse/app/serializers/admin_user_list_serializer.rb:72:in `time_read' codinghorror (Jeff Atwood) 2016-10-05 21:03:28 UTC #2 Hmm, perhaps @zogstrip would know as that relates to email bounces for that user. mpalmer (Matt Palmer) 2016-10-05 21:35:54 UTC
on Rails -- WEBrick OK, Apache isn't unknown (Guest) on 2006-02-07 00:17 I'm trying to get a Ruby on Rails application to work under Apache. It works fine when run under WEBrick (via "ruby script/server"). I copied the "public" directory (as well as "lib", "app", and "config") to my preferred Apache directory (see below for details). As told in instructions on a web page, I tried executing "dispatch.fcgi". It gets a "Internal Server Error". Far below is the output of "ruby --debug ../dispatch.fcgi".
