If problem persists... ...Contact customer support. Well, I've had this message suddenly today for half an hour and I restarted by computer and all that and no go, and I'm starting to think I have http://us.battle.net/forums/en/wow/topic/6794352929 to, but I'm asking you guys first what you think is going on. I opened WoW up half an hourish ago and it wouldnt let me launch it, then mcafee went balls on me and said I had two trojan horses from wow.exe or something like that (last straw so I uninstalled mcafee), so wtf's going on there? Blizz wanting to hack http://www.mmo-champion.com/threads/1194105-An-Internal-error-occurred-please-restart-If-problem-persists me? (I know they dont but it's still wtf) Considering reinstalling but that's just annoying, do you guys have any solutions? Would be much appreciated. Try this: 1. Download the online client from the battle.net site. 2. Run the installer and be sure to select the same folder where WoW is currently saved. The installer should run through and install the missing files. Once the installer is done, test the game out and let me know what happens. Kurthios Americas 03:52, 11/10/12 Source I've been getting this error all internal error morning from the launcher— everything was working fine last night. I started WoW this morning, the little updater icon flashed in the doc, then the launcher showed up, and now it has the following error:«An internal error occurred, please restart. If problems persist contact customer support.»Well, the problem has persisted so I'm contacting customer support.. There doesn't appear to be a internal error has repair tool anymore— I've whacked a few cache directories with no change either. I also haven't been able to find any log with more useful information. Machkhan Americas 03:52, 11/10/12 Source How are you launching the game? (Dock icon, a desktop icon, directly from the WoW folder, etc). Machkhan Americas 06:21, 11/10/12 Source Can you verify if your WoW directory looks like the one linked below? Also make sure you're using the World of Warcraft Launcher in this directory.http://i50.tinypic.com/2isuxch.png Machkhan Americas 07:47, 11/10/12 Source Can y'all do me a favor and list the files that are in the directory, so we can be sure everything is correct? The easiest way is to copy/paste this terminal command and paste the output.1. Open Terminal (/Applications/Utilities)2. Copy/Paste:ls /Applications/World\ of\ Warcraft > ~/Desktop/wowfolder.txtThis will output a text file on your desktop named wowfolder.txt. 3. Open the wowfolder.txt file and copy/paste the contents here. Also, can you post your switcher.log file? This is located in /Users/Shared/Battle.net/Client/Logs. Make sure any computer/user names are removed from the log. Machkhan Americas 08:01, 11/10/12 Source World of Warcraft Launcher.appWorld of Warcraft–64.app
