Check Metalink document 361325.1 (hope you have access)! Maybe you'll just have to grant additional privileges but it is possible that you'll need to apply the 10.2.0.3 patch set share|improve this answer answered May 4 '11 at 9:47 bpgergo 11.3k12649 I suspect if @Navin had a Support account they wouldn't still be running the base release of 10g. Oracle used to host the stable 10.2.0.4 release on OTN, but it looks like they now only make 11gR2 available from that place. –APC May 4 '11 at 12:22 add a comment| Your Answer draft saved draft discarded Sign up or log in Sign up using Google Sign up using Facebook Sign up using

I have given full permission for authenticated users. DLLs from a previous installation of Oracle Client have been left on the system, causing a conflict. The solutions: Install a supported version of the Oracle Client. Perform a search for "OCI.DLL" on the local machine. If you find any instances of this file in any location other than your ORACLE_HOME rename or delete it. If in doubt, uninstall the Oracle Client, then perform the search again. Anything that is leftover is the culprit. share|improve this answer edited Jan 4 '13 at 15:20 Sirko 42.5k1069105 answered Jan 4 '13 at 15:03 Santiago 7612 One more thing worth adding is that after re-installing be sure to recycle the ASP.net
