When I typed IPCONFIG after cmd i got 'error message 002 contact Microsoft Product Services'. My operating system is Windows XP. Connection to wireless router is through an ethernet card. I have a laptop working wireless through the router and that is fine. Seems to be a system problem on my desktop. Can anyone help?
