Well before we go too far down the rabbit hole. Error 2771 can be caused by two things that are very easy to correct.1.) If the date/time settings are incorrect on the PC it will cause error 2771 so double check that.2.) If there are any previous versions of Kspersky on the system including trial versions they need to be uninstalls prior to installing Kaspersky.
