Then i remake the book list including the previous selected files.... Then i print again and.... Here comes the nervous breakdown dialog box... Again... I back to the book list and... Well... All files have gone...I just need print to a Xerox Docucolor (on file) printer to generate my ps and send the dirty low rez pdf to my client ritgh now...Any help?Thanks a lot...pubahPs.: Please... Pagemaker 7.0. The file suddenly quit. I tried by opening the file again and again and even I restarted the system but I could not find the solution. Whenever I open the file it showing a dialogue box have an information as : "cannot complete action, internal error : bad table index 8026:20514". Thank you for asking me this question. Although I am an honest expert, I do not claim to KNOW all. But, I remember what my mother always told me: "If you don't know, know where to look it up." So I did the research for you. My travels led me to the knowledge base on Adobe's site. All the pertinent information you may need is contained in this session. You may want to print it out to have a copy when troubleshooting the file. There is the possibility the file is lost, BUT have faith and let me know if any of this works. Try these troubleshooting routines: Re-create the PageMaker preferences file. PageMaker stores information for plug-ins, features, and the application itself in its preferences file, Adobe PageMaker 7.0P Prefs. A damaged preferences file can prevent you from opening a publication. Note: When you re-create the preference files, PageMaker restores settings to their defaults. To re-create the PageMaker preferences file: 1. Quit PageMaker. 2. Rename the Adobe PageMaker 7.0P Prefs file in the System Folder/Preferences folder. 3. Start PageMaker. PageMaker re-creates the preferences file. If this does not work try this: Break graphic links. A publication may not open if its graphic links are damaged. Break graphic links in the copy of the publication by moving linked graphic files to a different location on the hard disk. If the copy opens, restore the links using Links Manager. For more information about using Links Manager, see the PageMaker online Help. OR: Isolate a damaged Fonts folder or a damaged font in the Fonts folder: OR: Delete damaged pages or objects. If a page of the publication partially appears before PageMaker returns the error, the problem may be related to specific elements on that page.
