They are trying to get out of actually fixing the situation by forcing an out of warranty repair. I barely used this camera so I know that the rust and corrosion is not something I caused. I did not succeed to fix camera by myself even I expected that if unconnected cable is issue there will be no problems. Did not find anything like broken gear or sand particles stuck in lens barrels, everything was clean.
