MAC OS error 9011 when try to export Started by perssiss , Feb 01 2007 07:12 PM Please log in to reply 9 replies to this topic #1 perssiss perssiss Newbie Members 2 posts Posted 01 February 2007 - 07:12 PM I am trying to export my video files from the dvd, to dv, so i can import them into imovie. I keep trying different formats, different locations to send the file to but no matter what I do I keep getting the error message, "Last command not completed because of mac os error 9011. I pretty sure I am correctly using the media browser to export, I have read the manual, talked to Roxann and read all the forums, but I am just really at a loss here, and my job sort of depends on my figuring this out. Anyone have a similar experience? I'd been indebted to whoever responded, good luck with all your projects. Back to top #2 tsantee tsantee Digital Guru Members 14,131 posts Gender:Male Location:Eugene, Oregon Posted 01 February 2007 - 09:18 PM Are you selecting DVD with the top button in the media browser, going down to the title level with the lower button and then dragging the title over to the Video window? Toast then extracts the MPEG from the DVD and writes it to the Converted Items folder. Is that what's happening? Also, do you have lots of hard drive space available? I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon! And just cleared up my hard drive and currently have over 17 gb, surely this must be enough? I'm really clueless. Thanks a lot for your respons
