I couldn't find anything relating to that error number on Roxio's or Elgato's support pages.cheersmrtotes Helpful (0) Reply options Link to this post by dominicd, dominicd Nov 20, 2007 12:27 AM in response to mrtotes Level 1 (0 points) Nov 20, 2007 12:27 AM in response to mrtotes I've just it too. I am disk to disk copying (a movie of my own) and when it came to write to the blank disk the error code came up. I swapped the disk for a different one (happened to be a different brand too), both DVD-R and this seemed to take!Curious to know what this might mean though. In fact the error continued and the disk failed to burn. Maybe the is a Leopard problem with Toast? I'm using Toast 7.1.2 Helpful (0) Reply options Link to this post by mrtotes, mrtotes Nov 20, 2007 7:54 AM in response to dominicd Level 6 (11,825 points) Nov 20, 2007 7:54 AM in response to dominicd Roxio_patatrox

Popcorn 2 Burn Problem --- Mac Osx Result Code = -13780 Started by hammerhitchisel , May 14 2009 09:50 AM Please log in to reply 2 replies to this topic #1 hammerhitchisel hammerhitchisel Newbie Members 1 posts Posted 14 May 2009 - 09:50 AM I'm trying to burn a non copyright protected DVD from my movie collection using Popcorn 2, but https://discussions.apple.com/thread/1248327?start=0&tstart=0 I keep getting "Mac OSX result code = -13780". Since it says "Mac OS" I called Apple and they helped me determine that my DVD drive is working, so it's not a hardware issue. They suggested I reinstall Popcorn 2. What say ye? What does this result code mean?Signed Back to top #2 tsantee tsantee Digital Guru Members 14,131 posts Gender:Male Location:Eugene, Oregon Posted 16 May 2009 - 12:04 PM Choose Save as Disc Image from the http://forums.support.roxio.com/topic/52279-popcorn-2-burn-problem-mac-osx-result-code-13780/ File menu and then burn that using the Image File setting. See if that fixes the problem. I think the error is related to problems Popcorn is finding within the VIDEO_TS folder but I'm not sure of that. I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!
