The Project file is on a shared directory, so I have mutiple users in the file at the same time. About 25% of the users get the above runtime error when they initially open the file. (I query a DB status table on the Main form load.) they can refresh the form by going to the design view, then back to the form view, and it will work great. I have extended the SQL connection timeout with no change. Like I said, 75% of the users have no problem, but the 25% have it happen every time.It is more of an irration factor than anything, but does anybody have any suggestions as why it is failing? Thanks,Michael Lee Shalom!,Michael Lee Post #175088 DigsDigs Posted Sunday, April 17, 2005 1:33 PM SSC-Addicted Group: General Forum Members Last Login: Tuesday, October 28, 2014 12:28 PM Points: 421, Visits: 564 This means users are not connecting, I use MDB and ADO so I can check that a connection is made and send a error message when it is not.Network, maybe...
