SQL CE 2.0 has no recovery option but you might be able to fix the database by using SqlCeEngine.Compact() method. Make sure to stop another application which is using the file. Wednesday, July 04, 2007 4:33 PM Reply | Quote Moderator 0 Sign in to vote Hi Ilya. You are right. But in my case the database has corrupted when application was warm booted. In CF 2.0 there is option to Verify/Repair the database. is there any way to resolve this issue with CF1.1? if so please let me know.. with regards Kalaimani Friday, July 06, 2007 5:16 AM Reply | Quote 0 Sign in to vote NETCF 1.0 (there’s no 1.1) has little to do with database recovery (and SQL CE databases in general), SQL CE works with databases.
