I am trying to reinstall itunes on my pc, I am running windows 7 and unable to install itunes without getting message: a network error occurred while attempting to read from the file c:\windows\installer\itunes64.msi, it appears as if it is downloading, then after a bit I get the error message and it undoes the whole installation. I have tried everything from a network error removal tool to uninstalling the msiexec file, which it says I am not allowed to do without proper permission from trustedinstaller.
