Maybe that's the issue? Here's the code for the command: Code: Private Sub cmdPrintReport_Click() Dim strReportName As String Dim strCriteria As String strReportName = "Organizational Profile" strCriteria = "[Ultimate Parent]='" & Me![Ultimate Parent] & "'" DoCmd.OpenReport strReportName, acViewPreview, , strCriteria End Sub Reply With Quote 07-08-08,07:08 #4 healdem View Profile View Forum Posts Jaded Developer Join Date Nov 2004 Location out on a limb Posts 13,692 Provided Answers: 59 I think what georgev is suggesting is the coide in

Have you checked the actual value that causes the error? If I copy the sql to design view I just get the overflow error immediately. I then removed the calcs and the query would run. Then I started playing around to see if I could get the calculations to work. I changed all values in the original table to doubles and set the "group by" total to expression. I have it working for now, so I hope that will suffice. Thanks! Roger rconverse, Jan 8, 2008 #4 This thread has been Locked and is not open to further replies.
