Quicktime Error 50 Compressor
on: Mac Pro Quad-Core16gb RAMMac OSX 10.7.5I"m exporting from FCPX 10.0.7 to final cut pro video rendering error -50 Compressor 4. I have an 82 minute timeline. When Compressor opens, I select the standard DVD presets for mpeg2 video and ac3 audio. The audio file renders fine, but the video files fails and I get this error- "Failed: Quicktime Error: 0" When importing every source file, I have optimized media selected. Any ideas whats causing this? What you exported from FCP. I've got a Mac Pro 8 core with 16 GB RAM so it shouldn't be a problem. I have some stock footage in the project as well. Some HD footage that I all ready rendered in the timeline. Anybody knows what to do wit this. Any help would be great, cause I have a really tight deadline! Try to make a self-contained QuickTime and see if that works. The self contained quicktime worked. I thought the quality of that was less then putting it to compressor.
