Use Windows Installer CleanUp Utility (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301) to remove the Quicktime entry.2. Change the name of directory C:\Program Files\QuickTime to something else like C:\Program Files\QuickTimeX3. Install the latest Quicktime for Windows.4. Install iTunes.5. Enjoy!
