If it is you can try to enter the BIOS and reset everything to it's basic setting and try again. The error message that you are getting is telling you that some devices directly connected to the M'Board are in conflict and are attempting to share the same resources. This generally happens when the BIOS has been incorrectly setup or the M'Board is failing.NB's by their very nature lead a hard life and quite often it can be a short life depending on how they are treated. I've seen people allow them to go into Hibernation and pack them away in their carry bags and then wonder why the CPU gets cooked as they think that the unit is turned off when its actually still running.
