Solution When utilizing the Backup Exec System Recovery Manager (BESRM), a client computer may display a status of "Not reporting", generate an error "Unable to Retrieve Information", or not display in the BESRM console at all. Typically the 502 errors are network related due to a proxy configuration or blocked ports which cause the Management Control to fail when publishing to the BESRM. Perform the following steps to manually publish: 1) Goto the client machine that is not reporting correctly 2) Run SERVICES.MSC and ensure the Backup Exec System Recovery service is started 3) Open a command prompt and attempt to ping the BESRM server by name and IP Address. If ping is unsuccessful, then network issues exist. 4) Open Windows Explorer and navigate to C:\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec System Recovery\Manager\Management Control and run PublisherUI.exe Note: If the PublisherUI.exe does

The only port generally allowed by is 443 (default for https). I presume you're using a different one explicitly in your URL. You would need to move your server to port 443 or change the configuration of your proxy server to allow that port to be used. share|improve this answer answered Feb 27 '12 at 9:48 Bruno 73.2k7146226 add a comment| up vote 0 down vote You can use Proxy with Java ME as following way, here is link.
