Hresult 0x80004005 Onedrive
Can anybody shed any light on the above error? I've tried with both Express and Ultimate editions of VS 2013. I'm running 64-bit Windows 7. Solutions to similar problems I've found tend to be targetting x86 rather than AnyCPU from the Solution explorer. However, I can't even build the solution to explore it. The new project I'm trying to build is c# ASP.net MVC. c# asp.net-mvc visual-studio visual-studio-2013 share|improve this question edited Mar 12

If that doesn't work try running devenv /setup and then open the IDE. –Ovidiu Sep 17 '13 at 11:55 1 I tried creating a new project in both safemode and setup and received the same error prompt –user1405195 Sep 17 '13 at 15:07 2 Is this problem solved ? On the PC I'm using, the Documents directory and it's contents are encrypted by default - including my IISExpress. Removing the encryption solved the problem. share|improve this answer answered Nov 15 '13 at 1:22 user1405195 64011024 2 can you please say how you fou

None of them have really solved my problem so far. –LordHoneydew Jun 30 '14 at 3:19 add a comment| 4 Answers 4 active oldest votes up vote 4 down vote accepted I was having the same issue. Here's what worked for me. Close Visual Studio. Navigate to your Documents folder, and then the IISExpress subfolder. Rename the "config" folder to something else. "configBACKUP" will do. Open Visual Studio and try to create a new ASP.NET project. IISExpress will create the necessary .configs in a brand new "config" folder. share|improve this answer answered Jul 7 '14 at 19:04 Dallas Epperson 561 This is a late update but better late than never. This solution did not work for me back when I tried it.
